军事飞行人员慢性肾脏疾病谱分析

Spectrum of chronic kidney disease in aircrews

目的 分析军事飞行人员慢性肾脏疾病谱特点,为航卫保障和医学鉴定提供参考依据。方法 收集2014年1月—2018年12月在空军特色医学中心(原空军总医院)住院,患慢性肾脏疾病的41例飞行人员的病历资料,对其疾病谱进行分析。结果 41例慢性肾脏疾病的飞行人员中,年龄在21~40岁的居多,且飞行时间<2 000 h,飞行员占多数,飞行机种多为直升机和运输机。疾病谱包括隐匿性肾炎(41.5%)、慢性肾炎(12.2%)、IgA肾病(7.3%)、肾病综合征(4.9%)、肾功能不全(2.4%)。结论 住院飞行人员慢性肾脏疾病谱,反映了飞行人员患慢性肾脏疾病的年龄、病种、医学鉴定结论等的分布特点,有利于飞行人员慢性肾脏疾病的精准防治。

Objective To analyze the spectrum of chronic kidney disease(CKD)in military aircrews in order to provide reference for aviation health support and medical identification.Methods The medical records of 41 aircrews with chronic kidney disease hospitalized in Air Force Medical Center between January 2014 and December 2018 were collected,and the disease spectrum was analyzed.Results Most of these aircrews with chronic kidney disease were between 21 and 40 years old and had flown less than 2000 hours.Most of them were pilots of helicopters and transport planes.The diseasespectrum included occult nephritis(41.5%),chronic nephritis(12.2%),IgA nephropathy(7.3%),proteinuria(4.9%)and renal insufficiency(2.4%).Conclusion To some extent,the spectrum of chronic kidney disease of hospitalized aircrewscan reflect the distribution of age,disease types and medical identification conclusions of chronic kidney disease of aircrews,which is conducive to targeted prevention and treatment of chronic kidney disease of aircrews.
