教育评价改革背景下高校传播型教师岗设立的理论逻辑与实践路径 被引量:1

摘要 作为一种特殊类型的教师岗,公共传播型教师的考察与评价主要侧重发表在公共媒体上的成果。多元学术观下的分类评价理念和网络强国战略下的网络空间话语权争夺是设立公共传播型教师岗的指导思想和现实基础,而其现实原因则是网络文化成果的特性、使得当前高校普遍推行的等效评价机制难以完全适用,教师创作网络文化成果的意愿不高、无法达成国家提出的培育一批网络名师的目标。评价公共传播型教师的原则是“同行评议+公众评议”,评价的内容涉及网络文化成果的使命陈述、数量、质量和社会影响力。公共传播型教师岗的设立,还需政府与高校做好政策保障、技术保障、薪酬保障、文化保障和安全保障等工作。 As a special type of teacher posts,public communication teachers should be evaluated based on their publications on public media.The guiding principles and foundations of establishing this type of posts are classified evaluation in the context of pluralistic scholarship and the contest for discourse power of cyberspace in the context of national cyber development strategy.Realistically,the characteristics of network cultural works make the equivalent evaluation mechanism universally adopted in universities unfit for the evaluation of network cultural works;and teachers are unwilling to create network cultural works,which will fail to achieve the national goal of cultivating a batch of famous cyber professors.Public communication teachers should be evaluated according to the principle of“peer review+public review”.The content of evaluation should include the mission statement,quantity,quality and social impact of network cultural works.In addition,the establishment of this post requires guarantees of policy,technology,salary,culture and security measures from governments and universities.
