摘要
乡村小规模学校发展要坚持走内生发展的道路。基于内生发展理论的视角,乡村小规模学校面临发展目标定位不清晰、学校治理存在权责矛盾、教师和学生向城性流动及乡村教师身份认同危机等实际困扰。为了推进乡村小规模学校的特色、高质量发展,有必要通过强化乡村学校发展的“赋权增能”、增强乡村教师的身份认同感和责任感、开发利用在地性的本土教育资源以及实现乡村学校与社区良性互动等实践路径,探索一条乡村小规模学校内生发展之路。
Small scale rural schools should adhere to the path of endogenous development.From the perspective of endogenous development theory,small scale rural schools are confronted with practical problems such as unclear orientation of development goals,the contradiction of school governance rights and responsibilities,the urban mobility of teachers and students,and the identity crisis of rural teachers.In order to promote the distinctive,high quality development of small scale rural schools,it is essential to empower the development of rural schools,enhance the sense of identity and responsibility of rural teachers,develop and utilize local educational resources,and realize the positive interaction between rural schools and communities,and finally embark on a path of endogenous development of small scale rural schools.
