Combined with the characteristics of electromechanical engineering project management of the performance stage of the opening and closing ceremony of ⅩⅩⅣ Olympic Winter Games, and drawing lessons from the experience of aerospace model and major project development management, this paper focuses on the contents and methods of electromechanical installation project management of large-scale activities, so as to provide reference for the management of electromechanical engineering projects of major activities.
