桑树叶绿体psbA基因的生物信息学预测及分析

摘要 生物信息学是研究生物亲缘和进化的重要手段,通过生物信息学对桑树叶绿体中的psbA基因进行分析。结果表明:psbA基因存于真核生物的叶绿体中,有7条开放阅读框,分子式为C_(1789)H_(2676)N_(456)O_(492)S_( 14),由353个氨基酸组成,属稳定蛋白。氨基酸序列具有疏水性,无信号肽。psbA的结构以无规则卷曲为主要方式。GO功能分为三类,序列分布有13个蛋白结合位点。桑、白果树、箭毒木、榕树、腾构、布鲁士假单胞菌、垂柳、鹤望兰、柘树、滇葎草、黄麻的psbA氨基酸序列具有极高的相似性。 Bioinformatics is an important method to study biological affinities and evolution.The psbA gene in mulberry chloroplast was analyzed by bioinformatics.The results showed that psbA gene is in the chloroplast of eukaryotes,it has 7 open reading frames and the molecular formula is C_(1789)H_(2676)N_(456)O_(492)S_( 14).It is composed of 353 amino acids,and it is a stable protein.Its amino acid sequence is hydrophobic and has no signal peptide.The structure of psbA is dominated by random coils.GO functions are divided into three categories,and the sequence distribution has 13 protein binding sites.The psbA amino acid sequences of mulberry,ginkgo tree,curare,banyan tree,tengarche,Pseudomonas brucei,weeping willow,strelitzia,eucalyptus,juniper and jute are highly similar.
