石泉县桑树品种园桑叶硒元素及蛋白质含量测定与分析

Determination of Selenium and Protein Content in Mulberry Leaves of Different Species in Shiquan County

本文对安康市石泉县池河镇明星村桑树品种资源圃511个桑树品种叶片硒元素和蛋白质含量进行了测定与评价,511份桑树品种叶片硒元素含量在0.012~0.300 mg/kg,平均硒元素含量为0.085±0.003 mg/kg;103份桑树品种叶片蛋白质含量在13.4~32.8 g/100g,平均蛋白质含量为21.5±0.4 g/100g。陕桑406,阿克苏白桑4号,内蒙古桑,大种桑,中国台湾四季果桑,白玉王等桑品种的硒元素含量和蛋白质含量均较高,可作为安康市兼顾富硒和高蛋白质桑品种加以利用。

In this paper,the selenium and protein content of 511 mulberry species in Mingxing Village,Chihe Town,Shiquan County,Ankang City were measured.The selenium content ranges from 0.012-0.300 mg/kg,with an average selenium content of 0.085±0.003mg/kg.The protein content in leaves of 103 mulberry species ranges from 13.4 to 32.8 g/100g,with an average protein content of 21.5±0.4 g/100g.The selenium and protein content in leaves of Shaan Sang 406,Aksu White Mulberry 4,Inner Mongolia Mulberry,Dazhong Mulberry,Taiwan Sijiguo Mulberry,and Baiyuwang are all higher,which can be used as selenium-rich and high protein varieties in Ankang City.
