“双增”政策下农村学校体育发展的机遇、困境及路径研究

Analysis on the opportunities,dilemmas and paths of sports development in rural schools under the policy of double increase

随着“双减”“双增”政策的实施,中小学生教育负担随着改革的推进被进一步减轻,他们可以花更多的时间在运动上。为了适应现代小学生心理和生理发展,在政策引领下探索和发展农村学校体育就显得尤为重要。因此,从“双减”带动“双增”角度出发,分析农村学校体育发展的机遇以及存在的现实困境,探讨农村学校体育发展的有效路径。研究认为:农村学校体育活动还存在许多不足,如教师资源缺乏,体育运动在家庭启蒙教育中不被重视,场地设施缺乏,学校管理层面观念的“守旧”以及执行上的缺位等。在政策引领下针对农村学校体育课活动存在的困境提出对策,希望在双增背景下,对农村学校体育活动有效的开展提供参考。

With the implementation of the policy of“double reduction”and“double increase”,the educational burden of primary and secondary school students has been further reduced with the progress of reform.In order to adapt to the psychological and physiological development of modern primary school students,it is very important to explore and develop physical education in rural schools under the guidance of policy.This paper analyzes the opportunities of rural school physical education development and dilemmas from the perspective of“double reduction”and“double increase”to explore the effective path of it.According to the study,there are still many shortcomings in rural school sports activities,such as lack of teachers’resources,low valued of sports in family enlightenment education,lack of facilities,concept of conservatism of school management and absence of execution.Under the guidance of policy,this paper puts forward some countermeasures for the dilemma of physical education activities in rural schools,hoping to provide some paths for the effective development of it.
