摘要
运用问卷调查法和数理统计法,以计划行为理论为研究框架,分析比较不同性别大学生参与休闲体育活动意愿和行为的影响因素,旨在为加强大学生的锻炼行为提供参考。结果显示:大学生休闲体育活动的态度、主观规范、感知行为控制、意愿和行为五个变量的得分均值存在非常显著的性别差异,且男生得分非常显著高于女生;女生的主观规范对休闲体育活动意愿和行为的相关性均显著高于男生;计划行为理论对男生和女生休闲体育活动行为和意愿的解释力相差不大,但感知行为控制是男生休闲体育活动行为的最强影响变量,而意愿是女生休闲体育活动行为的最强影响变量。
By using the methods of questionnaire and mathematical statistics,based on the theory of planned behavior,this paper analyzes and compares the influencing factors of college students’willingness and behavior in leisure sports activities with different genders,in order to provide reference for strengthening the exercise behavior of college students;and gets the results that:there are significant gender differences in the average scores of attitude,subjective norms,perceived behavior control,intention and behavior of leisure time physical activities.And the score of male students is significantly higher than that of female students;the correlation of subjective norms of female students to intention and behavior of leisure time physical activities is significantly higher than that of male students;there is little difference in the explanatory power of planned behavior theory to the intention and behavior of leisure time physical activities between boys and girls,but the perceived behavior control is the strongest influence variable of boys’behavior of leisure time physical activities,and intention is the strongest influence variable of girls’behavior of leisure time physical activities.
