摘要
为掌握文家坡矿井4105工作面采空区煤自燃规律,有效防控煤自燃灾害的发生,通过现场CO等标志性气体监测,确定了现场煤自燃隐患特征,并分析了4105综放面采空区煤自燃隐患致灾成因。结合现场实际条件和自燃特征,制定了以“注氮降氧、上下隅角堵漏、汽雾阻化、灌浆”为主,以“液态CO_(2)降温控氧”为应急手段、以“束管监测与光纤测温”为监测监控手段的综合煤自燃防控技术方案。通过现场实施表明,4105工作面采空区内CO浓度及煤自燃隐患得到了有效控制,确保了工作面的安全回采,研究成果对类似条件工作面的煤自燃隐患防控具有重要的指导和借鉴意义。
In order to master the law of coal spontaneous combustion in goaf of 4105 working face of Wenjiapo Coal Mine and effectively prevent and control the occurrence of coal spontaneous combustion disasters,the characteristics of coal spontaneous combustion hidden danger in goaf of 4105 fully mechanized caving face were determined through the monitoring of CO and other iconic gases on site,and the causes of coal spontaneous combustion hidden danger in goaf of 4105 fully mechanized caving face were analyzed.Combined with the actual site conditions and spontaneous combustion characteristics,a comprehensive coal spontaneous combustion prevention and control technical scheme was developed,which mainly included“nitrogen injection and oxygen reduction,upper and lower corner leakage plugging,vapor resistance and grouting”,“liquid CO_(2)temperature reduction and oxygen control”as emergency means,and“beam tube monitoring and optical fiber temperature measurement”as monitoring and controlling means.The on-site implementation shows that CO concentration and coal spontaneous combustion hidden danger in goaf of 4105 working face are effectively controlled,ensuring safe mining of working face.The research results have important guidance and reference significance for the prevention and control of coal spontaneous combustion hidden danger in working face with similar conditions.
