摘要
为确保通风竖井的施工质量、缩短工期,经过方案比选采用滑模施工技术进行井筒二次衬砌,基于关山隧道本工程设计十字中隔墙的特点和质量、安全要求,对滑模荷载和千斤顶数量进行计算,设计滑模结构和各个部件。并详细介绍模板、供料、吊盘、提升方面设置,在滑模施工工艺、混凝土导管法入模技术、滑模滑升和控制的措施、实施,工程施工提供借鉴。
In order to ensure the construction quality of the ventilation shaft and shorten the construction period,the secondary lining of the wellbore was carried out by means of sliding form construction technology after the comparison of the plans.Based on the characteristics,quality and safety requirements of the cross partition wall in the design of Guanshan tunnel,the sliding form load and the number of jacks are calculated,and the sliding form structure and each component are designed.It also introduces in detail the template,material supply,hanging plate and lifting aspects of the setting,and carries out the implementation of sliding form construction technology,concrete conduit method,slipform sliding and control measures,and provides reference for similar engineering construction.
