长距离锚杆索支护煤巷在线围岩观测系统的应用

摘要 锚杆(索)支护掘进巷道一般采用每50 m设置围岩变形观测站和顶板离层观测站的方式进行围岩变形量、顶板离层量矿压观测,观测效率和准确性不高,尤其是长距离巷道人工矿压观测劳动强度大,差错率高。为降低长距离锚杆(索)支护巷道人工矿压观测强度,提高矿压观测效率和准确性,及时发现顶板离层量、离层速率等关键参数变化,防范顶板事故发生。陕西黄陵二号煤矿418工作面胶带巷采用在线围岩观测系统对巷道表面收敛、顶板离层、锚杆(索)受力等情况进行实时在线监测。依据监测数据分析巷道围岩变化情况,及时优化支护参数,采取可靠的顶板加固措施,有效防止了顶板事故发生。 In general,surrounding rock deformation observation station and roof separation observation station are set every 50 m to observe surrounding rock deformation and roof separation mine pressure in tunneling roadway supported by anchor bolt(cable).The observation efficiency and accuracy are not high,especially the labor intensity and error rate are high in the observation of artificial mining pressure in long distance roadway.In order to reduce the intensity of artificial mine pressure observation in long distance anchor bolt(cable)support roadway,improve the efficiency and accuracy of mine pressure observation,timely find out the changes of key parameters such as roof separation amount and rate,and prevent roof accidents,the belt roadway of 418 working face in Huangling No.2 Coal Mine in Shaanxi Province adopts online surrounding rock observation system to monitor the convergence of roadway surface,roof separation,and the stress of anchor bolt(cable)in real time.Based on the monitoring data,the changes of roadway surrounding rock are analyzed,the support parameters are optimized in time,and reliable roof reinforcement measures are taken to effectively prevent roof accidents.
