基于PLC的磁力启动器远程集中控制系统

Research on remote centralized control system of magnetic starter based on PLC

磁力启动器和照明信号综合保障装置是煤矿井下最常用的电气设备,大部分用于控制水泵和照明灯。以神东煤炭集团井下广泛使用的型号为QJZ2-30/1140(660)的南京双京磁力启动器、型号为ZBZ-10/1140(660)M的照明信号综合保障装置为例,利用西门子PLC(可编程逻辑控制器)及触摸屏组态画面技术,实现了磁力启动器、照明信号综合保障装置的远程集中启停控制、故障呈现、远程复位。分析认为,将此系统应用在煤矿井下,一方面可方便快捷地开启设备,比如水泵、照明灯,可以减少一些隐患,有利于安全生产;另一方面有助于提升矿井自动化水平,向着智能化方向迈进,提高生产效率。

Magnetic starter and lighting signal comprehensive security device are the most commonly used electrical equipment in coal mines,most of which are used to control water pumps and lighting lamp.This paper takes Nanjing Shuangjing magnetic starter(QJZ2-30/1140(660))and lighting signal integrated protection(ZBZ-10/1140(660))M,which are widely used in Shendong Coal Group,as examples,uses Siemens PLC and touch screen configuration screen,remote centralized start stop control,fault presentation and remote reset of magnetic starter and lighting signal integrated protection are realized.If it can be applied in coal mine,on the one hand,it can easily and quickly turn on the equipment,such as water pump and lighting lamp,reduce some hidden dangers,which is conducive to safe production,on the other hand,it can help to improve the level of mine automation,move towards the direction of intelligence,and improve production efficiency.
