摘要 受地质条件复杂多变等诸多因素的影响,综采工作面自动化技术仍持续处于探索阶段。以目前国内外大多采用的采煤机记忆割煤为主导的综采工作面自动化技术中常见的采煤机自动化技术发展存在的瓶颈和问题为研究对象,对陀螺仪、加速度传感器的应用进行分析,探讨了采煤机自动化发展对综采工作面自动化成套技术发展的影响。提出采煤机自动化技术需要强化基础、解决细节问题的观点,最后对综采工作面自动化发展进行展望。 Affected by many factors such as complex and changeable geological conditions,the automation technology of fully mechanized mining face is still in the exploratory stage.Taking the common bottlenecks and problems existing in the development of the shearer automation technology in the fully mechanized mining face automation technology,which are mostly used at home and abroad,the application of gyroscope and acceleration sensor is analyzed,discusses the influence of the development of shearer automation on the development of fully mechanized mining face automation technology development.This paper puts forward the viewpoint that the shearer automation technology needs to strengthen the foundation and solve the detailed problems.Finally,the development of fully mechanized mining face automation is prospected.
