煤质化验是一项关键工作内容,采集样本进行化验为煤炭开采、经营和生产加工等提供数据支撑。因煤炭自身成分、结构不均质性,影响煤质化验的环节多、因素多,对其性质、质量等明确过程中存在较大的困扰,往往使化验最终结果出现偏差。针对日常煤质化验中易出现的测量误差进行细致分析研判,有针对性地提出加强人员培训、建立健全管理制度、优化设备管理、规范操作行为、认真分析总结等改进措施,能够为同类企业煤质化验工作的有效开展提供一定借鉴。

Coal quality test is a key work content,collecting samples for testing provides data support for coal mining,operation,production and processing.Due to the uneven composition and structure of coal,there are many links and factors affecting the coal quality test,and there are great difficulties in the process of clarifying its nature and quality,which often causes deviations in the final test results.In view of the measurement error which is easy to appear in the daily coal quality test,this paper makes a detailed analysis and judgment,and puts forward some improvement measures,such as strengthening personnel training,establishing and perfecting management system,optimizing equipment management,standardizing operation behavior,analyzing and summarizing earnestly,which can provide certain reference for the effective development of coal quality test in similar enterprises.
