浅谈神东矿区的绿色矿山建设

“绿色矿山”的概念最早在19世纪就已经被提出,经过一百多年的发展,全世界基本形成共识。早在2003年,国家提出科学发展观的理念,促进了“绿色矿山”概念成熟与发展,明确包括对矿山企业9方面的要求依法办矿、规范管理、资源综合利用、技术创新、节能减排、环境保护、土地复垦、社区和谐、企业文化。本文以“生态文明建设”思想为指导,结合生态工程、恢复生态学、景观生态学等相关概念,通过对企业的绿色矿山建设现状进行分析,论述其重要性及现状,提出针对性应对建议和措施,以期促进企业的绿色矿山建设向着良性方向进一步发展。

The concept of“green mine”has been proposed as early as the 19th world.After more than 100 years of development,the world has basically reached consensus.Domestically,as early as 2003,the introduction of the scientific development concept promoted the mature development of the concept of“green mine”,which clearly included nine requirements for mining enterprises:mine management in accordance with law,standardized management,comprehensive utilization of resources,technology innovation,energy conservation and emission reduction,environmental protection,land reclamation,community harmony,and enterprise culture.This paper is guided by the idea of“ecological civilization construction”,and combines ecological engineering,restoration ecology,landscape ecology and other related concepts,analyzes the status of the company’s green mine construction,discusses its importance and current situation,and draws targeted recommendations.It is hoped that the green mine construction of the enterprise can be further developed in a benign direction.
