Research on the Construction of National Defense Education System for College Students Based on the Overall National Security Concept

总体国家安全观与大学生国防教育密不可分,又各自亟待纵深推进。应在梳理分析二者内在关联的基础上,着眼构建“1+4+5+5”模式,即构建1个总体架构、解决4项发展瓶颈、用好5项政策机制和厘清5类标准规范,注重着力理论旗帜、教育观念、方法手段和机制保障4个层面,着重把握顶层设计、需求研究、手段创新和人才培养4个方面,以推动教育“软”效能向国防“硬”实力不断转化。

The overall national security concept is inseparable from the national defense education of college students,and each needs to be further promoted.On the basis of sorting out and analyzing the internal relationship between the two,we should focus on building a"1+4+5+5"model,that is,building an overall structure,solving 4 development bottlenecks,making good use of 5 policy mechanisms,and clarifying 5 types of standards and norms,and focus on the 4 aspects of theoretical banner,educational concept,methods and means and mechanism guarantee,focus on grasping the 4 aspects of top-level design,demand research,means innovation and talent training,to focus on promoting the continuous transformation of education"soft"efficiency into national defense"hard"strength.
