受乘客攻击对公交司机心理健康的影响:有调节的中介模型

Impact of attacked by passengers on mental health of bus drivers:A moderated mediating model

目的:探讨受乘客攻击对公交司机心理的健康影响以及消极应对方式在其中的中介作用和社会支持的调节作用。方法:采用受乘客攻击行为问卷、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、社会支持评定量表、简易应对方式问卷中的消极应对方式分问卷对447名公交司机进行抽样调查。结果:心理健康与受乘客攻击、消极应对方式呈显著正相关(r=0.31,0.38;P<0.01),与社会支持呈显著负相关(r=-0.37,P<0.01)。消极应对方式与受乘客攻击呈显著正相关(r=0.32,P<0.01),与社会支持呈显著负相关(r=-0.19,P<0.01)。受乘客攻击对消极应对方式的影响有统计学意义(t=7.22,P<0.01),受乘客统计和消极应对方式对心理健康的影响均有统计学意义(t=4.37,6.48;P<0.01)。社会支持与消极应对方式乘积项对心理健康的影响有统计学意义(t=-3.34,P<0.01)。结论:受乘客攻击通过消极应对方式的中介作用和社会支持的调节作用对公交司机的心理健康产生影响。

Objective:To explore the relationship between attacked by passengers and the mental health status of bus drivers,and the mediating role of negative coping styles and the moderating role of social support in these relationships.Methods:A total of 447 bus drivers were recruited to complete Questionnaire of Attacked by Passengers,The Symptom-Checklist 90 Revised,Social Support Rating Scale and Questionnaire of Negative Coping Styles from Simplified Coping Style.Results:Mental health of bus drivers was positively correlated with attacked by passengers,and negative coping style(r=0.31,0.38,P<0.01).Mental health of bus drivers was negatively correlated with social support(r=-0.37,P<0.01).Negative coping style was positively correlated with attacked by passengers(r=0.32,P<0.01),and negatively correlated with social support(r=-0.19,P<0.01).The negative coping style was significantly affected by attacked by passengers(t=7.22,P<0.01).Both negative coping style and attacked by passengers had statistically significant effects on mental health(t=4.37,6.48,P<0.01).The product of social support and negative coping style had a statistically significant effect on mental health of bus drivers(t=-3.34,P<0.01).Conclusion:Attacked by passengers has an impact on their mental health through the mediating role of negative coping styles and the moderating role of social support.
