综合督导模式提高老年肺结核患者管理效果评价

Eff ect evaluation of comprehensive supervision model on improving the management of elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis

目的探讨新型综合督导在老年肺结核患者管理中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1—12月医院收治的106例老年肺结核患者作为研究对象,均采用抗结核药品固定剂量复合剂(FDC)治疗,按照组间基本资料均衡可比的原则分为对照组和观察组,各53例。对照组采用常规督导,观察组采用新型综合督导,比较两组患者的管理效果、治疗依从性和生活质量。结果干预后,观察组规律服药率、按时查痰率、按时取药率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,观察组治疗依从性高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组社会功能、躯体功能、心理功能、物质生活评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将新型综合督导应用于抗结核FDC治疗老年肺结核患者管理中,能提高患者的管理效果和治疗依从性,改善患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the application eff ect of new comprehensive supervision in the management of elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods To select 106 elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to the hospital from January to December 2020 as the study subjects.They were all treated with anti-tuberculosis drug fi xed-dose compound(FDC),and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the principle of balance and comparability of basic data between groups,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was given routine supervision,and the observation group was given new comprehensive supervision.The management eff ects,treatment compliance and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the regular medication rate,sputum examination rate and timing rate of taking medication in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no signifi cant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the treatment compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the social function,physical function,mental function and material life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of new comprehensive supervision in the management of elderly pulmonary tuberculosis patients treated with anti-tuberculosis FDC can improve the management effect and treatment compliance of patients,and improve the living quality of patients.
