鱼骨图提高脊柱侧凸畸形术患者围术期护理质量的效果评价

Eff ect evaluation of fi shbone diagram in improving perioperative nursing quality of patients with scoliosis

目的探讨鱼骨图在提高脊柱侧凸畸形术患者围术期护理质量中的应用效果。方法将2019年1月—2020年6月医院骨科收治的脊柱侧凸畸形术患者60例设为对照组,将2020年7月—2021年10月医院骨科收治的脊柱侧凸畸形术患者60例设为观察组。对照组给予骨科常规护理管理;观察组应用鱼骨图分析患者护理管理中存在的风险,针对相关风险进行质量改进。比较两组脊柱侧凸畸形术患者护理质量评分、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果观察组脊柱侧凸畸形术患者护理质量评分及护理满意度评分高于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组脊柱侧凸畸形术患者术后压力性损伤、感染、坠床、跌倒、谵妄等并发症发生率低于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将鱼骨图应用在脊柱侧凸畸形术患者护理中能有效提高护理服务质量,降低围术期并发症,提高患者的护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application eff ect of fi shbone diagram in improving perioperative nursing quality of patients with scoliosis was as the study subject.Methods A total of 60 patients with scoliosis who were admitted to the orthopedics department of the hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were set as a control group,and 60 patients with scoliosis who were admitted to the hospital's orthopedics department from July 2020 to October 2021 were set as an observation group.The control group was given routine orthopaedic nursing management;the observation group was given fishbone diagram to analyze the risks existing in the nursing management of patients,and to improve the quality of related risks.The nursing quality scores,complication rates and nursing satisfaction of patients with scoliosis surgery were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing quality score and nursing satisfaction score in patients with scoliosis in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative pressure injury,infection,falling from bed,fall,delirium and other complications in patients with scoliosis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the diff erence between the groups was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of fi shbone diagram in the nursing of patients with scoliosis can effectively improve the quality of nursing service,reduce perioperative complications,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
