中医康复护理联合针刀镜在膝骨关节炎患者中的效果观察

Eff ect observation of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing combined with needle knife mirror in patients with knee osteoarthritis

目的探讨中医康复护理联合针刀镜治疗在膝骨关节炎患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月—2020年12月在郑州中医骨伤病医院接受针刀镜治疗的126例膝骨关节炎患者作为研究对象,按照基本资料均衡可比的原则分为观察组和对照组,各63例。对照组于针刀镜术后采取常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予中医康复护理。两组患者分别于针刀镜治疗前和针刀镜治疗后1个月采用Lysholm膝关节评分量表(LKS)和美国膝关节学会(AKS)评分系统评价膝关节康复情况,采用关节炎生活质量测量量表2(AIMS2-SF)评价生活质量,比较两组患者护理满意度。结果针刀镜治疗后1个月,观察组患者LKS评分和AKS评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);针刀镜治疗后1个月,观察组患者AIMS2-SF中躯体、情感、症状、社会和工作维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意程度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医康复护理联合针刀镜治疗可有效提高膝骨关节炎患者的功能康复效果,改善术后生活质量,提升护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application eff ect of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing combined with needle knife mirror in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 126 patients with knee osteoarthritis who received needle knife mirror treatment in Zhengzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Orthopaedics Hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the principle of balance and comparability of basic data.,with 63 cases each group.The control group received routine nursing after acupuncture surgery,and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group.The knee joint rehabilitation was evaluated by Lysholm knee scale(LKS)and American knee society(AKS)scoring systems before and 1 month after needle knife mirror treatment,and the quality of life was evaluated by arthritis impact measurement scales 2-short form(AIMS2-SF).The nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared.Results One month after needle knife mirror treatment,the LKS and AKS scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).One month after needle knife mirror treatment,the AIMS2-SF scores of physical,emotional,symptom,social and work dimensions in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the diff erences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing combined with needle knife mirror treatment can effectively improve the functional rehabilitation eff ect of patients with knee osteoarthritis,improve postoperative quality of life,and improve nursing satisfaction.
