145名国际认证哺乳顾问职业发展现状调查

Investigation on career development status of 145 international Board Certified Lactation Vonsultants

目的了解国内国际认证哺乳顾问(international board certified lactation consultants,IBCLC)的职业发展现状,为构建符合中国国情的母乳喂养咨询师工作模式提供参考。方法2021年1月采用方便抽样法抽取国内60个城市中在医院工作的145名IBCLC进行调查,调查项目包括一般资料和职业发展情况两个部分。结果本次调查共统计了145名IBCLC,其中按地区分布分类统计结果为东部地区88人(60.69%)、中部地区35人(24.14%)、西部地区22人(15.17%);按职业分类统计结果为护士123人(84.83%),医生22人(15.17%);145名IBCLC中全职有14人(9.66%),每周从事IBCLC工作>30 h的有24人(16.55%)。职业发展面临的困难主要是公众对IBCLC知晓率低、产妇和家人母乳喂养知识缺乏、收费问题缺乏政策支持等。并且IBCLC对从事母乳喂养工作收入的满意度较低。结论目前在国内医院工作的IBCLC工作开展现状不理想,职业发展面临诸多困境,应引起管理层重视。

Objective To know the career development status of International Board Certified Lactation Consultants(IBCLC)in China,so as to provide reference for the construction of breast‐feeding consultant work mode in accordance with China’s actual conditions.Methods In January 2021,145 IBCLC working in hospitals in 60 cities of China were selected for investigation by convenient sampling method.The survey items included general information and career development.Results Participanted in the investigation were totally 145 IBCLC.By region classification 88 were from the eastern region,accounting for(60.69%),35 were from the central region,accounting for(24.14%),and 22 were from the western region,accounting for(15.17%).By personnel classification,123 were nurses(84.83%)and 22 were doctors(15.17%).Of the 145 IBCLC,14 were full time participants(9.96%),24(16.55%)were participants engaged in IBCLC work for over 30 hours per week.The main difficulties chiefly encountered in career were low awareness of IBCLC among the public(75.17%),insufficient knowledge of breastfeeding among lying‐in women and their famiy folks(67.59%),and lack of policy support for charging(64.83%).In addition,the satisfaction rate with income of those from breast‐feeding was relatively low(18.62%).Conclusion At present,the work of those who are ingaged in IBCLC in domestiv hospitals in China is not ideal.With the career development faced with many difficulties,attention should be paid to the adminstration layor.
