摘要
随着多元化治疗模式的发展,放疗已经成为乳癌治疗必不可少的一种方式,但放射性臂丛神经损伤的副作用让病人生活质量明显下降。本文将对乳癌放射性臂丛神经损伤的发生机制、预防和治疗的研究进展进行综述。
With the development of comprehensive treatments,radiotherapy has become the standard therapy for breast cancer.However,radiation-induced brachial plexopathy greatly reduces the quality of life of patients.In this article we review the research progress on the mechanism,prevention,and treatment of radiation-induced brachial plexopathy in breast cancer.
