摘要
以NaOH溶液为内水相、煤油为膜相、乳化剂Span 80为表面活性剂,模拟苯酚废水为外水相,利用乳状液膜萃取去除模拟废水中的苯酚。结果表明,当乳化剂Span 80的用量为0.35%、油水比为1:3、内水相NaOH浓度为0.3 mol/L、萃取时间为10 min时,苯酚的去除率最高可达48.74%。苯酚去除率同时受液膜稳定性和乳状液在外水相中分散性的影响,在适宜的乳化条件和萃取条件下才能有效去除苯酚。
The emulsion liquid membrane was applied to remove the phenol in wastewater.NaOH solution,kerosene,Span 80,and phenol wastewater were used as internal water phase,membrane phase,surfactant,and external water phase,respectively.The results indicate that the extraction rate of phenol could reach 48.75%when the dosage of Span80,the oil to water ratio,the NaOH concentration,and extraction time were 0.35%,1:3,0.3 mol/L,and 10min,respectively.The phenol removal rate was influenced by the stability of emulsion liquid membrane and the dispersibility of W/O emulsion in the external water phase.To achieve effective removal of phenol,appropriate emulsifying conditions should be applied.
