摘要 近年来,餐厨垃圾中易腐性有机物含量的不断增加成为可持续发展的隐患之一,并引发全社会的关注。本文在阐述餐厨垃圾的构成及危害后,简要分析、对比了各种处理方式的优缺点,并以南昌固废处理循环经济产业园餐厨垃圾处理工程为例,详细介绍了其主要工艺流程,分析了资源化处理技术带来的环境经济效益,有望为相关部门决策提供了依据。 In recent years,the percentage of perishable organic matter in kitchen waste increased vigorously which has become one of the potential threats to sustainable development and attracting the attraction of society.After expounding on the composition and danger of kitchen waste,this paper briefly analyses and compares the advantages and disadvantages of various treatment methods,by taking the Nanchang solid waste treatment recycling economy industrial park food waste treatment project as an example.Furthermore,both detail introduction of the main technological process and analyzation environmental and economic benefits brought by resource-based treatment technology that provides evidence for the decision-making of relevant departments.
