摘要
目的研究女性生殖道分泌物解脲支原体(Uu)、人型支原体(Mh)感染情况、药敏结果并分析女性生殖道Uu感染细菌感染的相关性。方法2020年10月到2021年2月孕期35~37周女性生殖道标本,共计121例,进行Uu、Mh检测、细菌真菌培养及鉴定、药敏试验,并对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果研究得知,121例标本中阳性标本68例,阴性标本53例。阳性标本中,Uu阳性52例,阳性率为42.98%,混合感染(Uu+Mh)16例,阳性率为13.2%;在药敏实验结果分析中可见,强力霉素(DOX)、美满霉素(MIN)、阿奇霉素及克拉霉素(CLA)均具比较显著的抑菌能力,而环丙沙星(CIP)、诺氟沙星(NOR)、壮观霉素(SPE)表现显著的耐药性。结论女性生殖道Uu和Mh感染较高,经统计学分析其检出率与其他细菌感染无相关性;根据菌株药敏试验结果,若为Uu感染推荐首先使用DOX、MIN、交沙霉素、CLA,不推荐NOR、SPE、CIP、氧氟沙星;若为Uu和Mh混合感染推荐首选交沙霉素、DOX、MIN、罗红霉素、司帕沙星,不推荐NOR、SPE、CIP、氧氟沙星。
Objective To study the infection and drug sensitivity of Mycoplasma urealyticum(Uu),Mycoplasma hominis(Mh)in the secretion of female genital tract.The relevance of bacterial infections and Uu infection.Methods The 121 cases Female secretion urogenital tract specimens were tested for Uu,Mh,drug sensitivity test from October 2020 to February 2021.Results The study found that of 121 specimens,68 were positive specimens and 53 were negative specimens.Among 68 cases of sexual specimens,53 cases were Uu positive,the positive rate was 42.98%,16 cases of mixed infection(Uu+Mh),the positive rate was 13.2%;it can be seen from the analysis of the experimental results that Doxycycline(DOX),Minocycline(MIN),Azithromycin and Clarithromycin(CLA)both have significant antibacterial ability,while Ciprofloxacin(CIP),Norfloxacin(NOR),Spectinomycin(SPE)showed significant resistance.Conclusion Female genital tract Uu and Mh infections are relatively high,but their detection rate has nothing to do with bacterial infections.It is recommended to use DOX,MIN,CLA,NOR,SPE,CIP,ofloxacin as Uu infection,NOR,SPE,CIP and ofloxacin are not recommended;For mixed infections of Uu and Mh,it is recommended to use josamycin,DOX,MIN,roxithromycin,Sparfloxacin first,NOR,SPE,CIP and ofloxacin are not recommended.
