某地区无偿献血者征询体检不合格结果分析

Analysis on the causes of non-consultation of blood donors in a certain area

目的对2019年至2020年银川地区献血前征询体检不合格结果进行回顾性分析,了解不合格原因,为献血前宣传和精准招募工作提供指导。方法对2019年至2020年在该中心参加献血时因征询体检不合格而被暂缓献血和永久淘汰的9365例献血者,按不合格项目、性别和不合格的具体原因分类进行统计分析。结果银川地区对2019年至2020年献血者征询体检总不合格率为8.70%,征询不合格率高于体检不合格率,暂缓献血者率高于永久淘汰献血者率,献血前核查、患有内科病史、妇女经期、妊娠期、服用药物和休息不好是征询体检不合格的主要原因。结论严格献血前征询和体检,排除不符合条件的人员献血,是血液质量安全的重要措施,有针对性的强化献血宣传,降低征询体检不合格率,对暂缓献血者实施精准招募,扩大血液来源,保证临床用血充足有效供应。

Objective To conduct a retrospective analysis of blood donors who consulted for medical examination before blood donation in Ningxia Blood Center from 2019 to 2020,to understand the causes of nonconformity,and to provide guidance for propaganda and accurate recruitment of blood donors before blood donation.Methods A total of 9365 blood donors who were suspended from blood donation and permanently eliminated because of the unqualified medical examination when participating in blood donation in the center from 2019 to 2020 were classified and analyzed according to the items of nonconformity,sex and specific reasons of nonconformity.Results The overall failure rate of blood examination before blood donation in Yinchuan area was 8.70%,which was higher than that of body,the failure rate of examination,the rate of suspended blood donors is higher than the rate of permanent elimination of blood donors.Check before blood donation,have medical history,female pregnancy and childbirth,take medicine and rest is the main reason for asking for medical examination is not qualified.Conclusion Strict pre-consultation and physical examination before blood donation and exclusion of those who do not meet the requirements for blood donation are important measures for blood quality and safety.Targeted publicity on blood donation will be strengthened,the unqualified rate of consultation and physical examination will be reduced,and precise recruitment of blood donors will be implemented temporarily,expand the blood source to ensure sufficient and effective blood supply for clinical use.
