B超联合肌电图引导下注射肉毒毒素治疗帕金森病纹状体足患者的临床疗效

Clinical effect of botulinum toxin injection guided by B-ultrasound combined with electromyography in the treatment of Parkinson's disease with striatal foot

目的回顾性分析帕金森病纹状体足患者在B超联合肌电图引导下进行局部注射肉毒毒素的临床疗效。方法选择该院2019年1月至2021年6月收治的12例帕金森病纹状体足患者以B超联合肌电图引导下进行肉毒毒素注射治疗,采用Tecnobody平衡评定训练仪、纹状体足分级量表评分、疼痛数字评价量表,帕金森病评定量表第三部分比较患者注射前、注射后第4周及第16周的步幅、步宽、步速。结果B超联合肌电引导下注射肉毒毒素治疗效果比治疗前明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论B超联合肌电引导下注射肉毒毒素改善了帕金森病纹状体足患者的步态、疼痛程度、运动功能,提高了患者的日常生活能力。

Objective To retrospectively analyze the clinical effect of botulinum toxin injection guided by B-ultrasound and electromyography patients with Parkinson's disease.Methods From January 2019 to June 2021,selected 12 patients with Parkinson's disease in the hospital with striatal foot were treated with botulinum toxin injection under the guidance of B-ultrasound combined with electromyography.Tecnobody balance assessment training instrument,striatal foot rating scale score,pain digital assessment scale,Parkinson's disease rating scale part 3 were used to compare the stride,step width,step length before injection,4 weeks and 16 weeks after injection Pace.Results The therapeutic effect of botulinum toxin injection under the guidance of B-ultrasound and EMG was significantly improved than that before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Botulinum toxin injection under the guidance of B-ultrasound and electromyography can improve the gait,pain degree and motor function of patients with Parkinson's disease with striatal foot deformity,and improve the daily life ability of patients.
