优秀传统文化融入法学思政教学的路径探索

Exploration of the Implementation Path of Integrating Excellent Traditional Culture into the Ideological and Political Education of Law Major

将优秀传统文化融入法学专业课程思政建设,可以提升教学质量与效果,增强法律文化自信,树立学生法治建设的思想新高度,对学生、高校及国家均具有重要意义。通过探讨法学课程思政教学中存在的问题,以及中华优秀传统文化与法学专业思想政治教育相结合的意义,就如何促进两者的深入融合,提出需要做好法学专业课程规划的顶层设计、使学生的学习与自我价值提升相结合、增强学生的法律文化自信与德育修养、建立多元化的教学载体和考核评价体系等建议,希望能为相关教学工作带来些许帮助。

Integrating the Chinese excellent traditional culture into the construction of“curriculum ideological and political education”of law professional courses can improve the quality and effect of teaching,enhance students’legal and cultural self-confidence,and establish a new level of thinking for students’legal system construction.It is of great significance to students,universities and the country.This paper discusses the problems existing in the“curriculum ideological and political education”of the law major and the significance of combining Chinese excellent traditional culture with the“curriculum ideological and political education”in the law major,and puts forward some targeted suggestions on how to promote the in-depth integration of the two,such as doing a top-level design of curriculum planning for the law major,combining students’learning with their self-worth enhancement,enhancing students’legal cultural confidence and moral cultivation,and establishing diversified teaching carriers and an assessment and evaluation system.We hope to provide some help to the related teaching work.
