军队院校新开本科专业教学能力建设研究

摘要 针对军队院校新开设的本科专业刚性需求与专业教学能力相对薄弱的矛盾,从立足理实一体、创新教学内容,围绕核心问题、丰富教学方法,突出专业特色、改善教学条件,发挥团队优势、建设专业教学团队,按照三性标准、完善教学评价五方面系统提升专业教学单位的教学认知、规划、组织、实施和研究活动等综合能力,重点阐述教学内容理实结合反向设计方法和理实结合教学法,并运用于专业人才的政治、战略、身心、科技信息、专业业务、学习创新、指挥和组织管理能力的培养。 In view of the inconsistency between the relatively weak teaching ability of the newly-built undergraduate majors and the rigid demand for those majors in military academies,the comprehensive teaching abilities in cognition,planning,organization,implementation and research activities are systematically constructed from the following five aspects including innovating teaching contents based on the integration of theory and practice,focusing on core problems and enriching teaching methods,highlighting professional characteristics and improving teaching conditions,giving full play to the advantages of the teaching team and building a more professional teaching team,and optimizing the teaching evaluation system according to the three characteristics of the major.This paper focuses on the teaching content reverse design method with the combination of theory and practice and the teaching method with the combination of theory and practice,and discusses the application of these methods in the ability training of the talents in the aspects of politics,strategy,body and mind,science and technology information,professional business,learning and innovation,and organization and management.
