新形势下农科类本科生毕业实习教学模式探析 被引量:1

摘要 为满足农业生产方式的转型和乡村振兴战略的需要,针对毕业实习模式方式单一、过于集中,实效性不强,不能满足不同专业、不同学生、不同用人单位的人才需求等问题,从提高毕业生职业规划效果的角度出发,提出面向多元化社会需求,建立点对点、分散化、有针对性、专业性更强的毕业实习模式,从学校教学规划和实践课程入手,以适应就业为目标进行有效调整;重点在于依托学校已有的教学基地及其数量众多的“土专家”,与科研院所、新型农业经营主体、农技部门及行政村联合建立科研合作型、实体经营型、技术推广型、基层综合服务型的毕业实习模式,优化评价方式,进而促进毕业生快速走上工作岗位。 In order to meet the needs of the transformation of agricultural production mode and the rural revitalization strategy,and in view of the problems in the current graduation practice,such as the mode of graduation practice is single and too concentrated,and it cannot meet the talent needs of different majors,different students and different employers,this paper proposes that we should face the needs of the diversified social needs,establish a point-to-point,decentralized,targeted and more professional graduation practice mode,and make some adjustments in the teaching planning and practice courses of our university according to the needs of employment.We should rely on the existing teaching bases of our university and a large number of“local experts”.We should work together with scientific research institutes,new agricultural business entities,agricultural technology departments and villages to jointly establish a graduation practice mode based on the cooperation with the scientific research,the substantial operation,the technology promotion and the grass-roots comprehensive service,optimize the evaluation method,so as to promote the employment of graduates.
