摘要
医学新生初期临床实践的目的,是让新生初步了解医院科室设置、主要诊疗病种、医疗环境、医患沟通技巧等。以“教师介绍—学生观摩—师生互动—角色体验”的模式进行教学。研究对比了参加初期临床实践学习(实践组)与不参加初期临床实践学习(对照组)的两组学生对初期临床实践的认知与收获。研究显示:实践组学生广泛认同初期临床实践的必要性;显著提高了对相关科室疾病及诊疗的认识。初期临床实践有利于激发医学生的学习兴趣,提高职业认同感。
The purpose of early-stage clinical practice of medical freshmen is to let them have a preliminary understanding of the department setting,the main diagnosis and treatment diseases,the medical environment,and the doctor-patient communication skills and so on.The teaching is conducted in the mode of“teacher introduction—student observation—teacher-student interaction—role experience”.The study compares the cognition and understand of the initial clinical practice between the students participating in the initial clinical practice learning(the practice group)and the students who didn’t participate in the initial clinical practice learning(the control group).The results showed that the necessity of early-stage clinical practice was wide recognized by the students in the practice group.The understanding of the diseases and the diagnosis and treatment in related departments of the students in the practice group was significantly improved.This initial clinical practice is conducive to stimulating medical students’interest in learning and improving their professional self-identity.
