高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设路径研究

摘要 “双师型”教师队伍建设是实现高职院校人才培养目标的迫切需要和根本保证。通过分析我国教育政策文件关于“双师型”教师的表述,凝练职业教育师资队伍建设的实践智慧,在反思学者的相关表述的基础上,对“双师型”教师进行界定。注重引进“双师型”教师,建立合适的教师资格和职称评审制度,组建职业教育集团实现校企一体化。在目前校企共同体的发展背景下,培养“双师型”教师,实现校企互助、校企共育,有效解决在“双师型”教师队伍建设过程中发现的问题。 The construction of“double-qualified”teachers is an urgent need and fundamental guarantee to realize the goal of talent training in higher vocational colleges.By analyzing the expressions of“doublequalified”teachers in China’s education policy documents,summarizing the practical wisdom of the construction of vocational education teachers,and reflecting on the relevant statements of some scholars,this paper defines the concept of“double-qualified”teachers.It points out that we should pay attention to the introduction of“doublequalified”teachers,establish an appropriate teacher qualification and professional title evaluation system,and set up vocational education groups to realize the school-enterprise integration.Under the current development background of the school-enterprise community,we should cultivate“double-qualified”teachers,realize schoolenterprise mutual assistance and school-enterprise co-education,which can effectively solve the problems found in the construction of“double-qualified”teachers.
