汽车火灾特性及“油电一体化”事故成因调查技术路线研究 被引量:1

摘要 汽车火灾是严重的公共安全事件,目前燃油汽车的火灾事故成因调查程序和技术路线已经发展得较为成熟,但是随着我国新能源汽车产业政策的逐步推进,“油电二元”汽车火灾事故的数量逐步上升。通过对我国新能源汽车产业政策和燃油车火灾特性的研究,对比分析了燃油汽车与电动汽车的火灾特性及风险点,提出了“油电一体化”汽车火灾事故调查流程和技术路线,最后根据实际案例进行了实证分析。 Automobile fire is a serious public safety event.Over the years,the investigation procedure and technical route of fire accident causes of oil-fueled vehicles have been relatively complete and mature.However,with the gradual promotion and deepening of China’s new energy vehicle industry policy,the number of hybrid electric vehicle fire accidents has gradually increased.Through the research on China’s new energy vehicle industry policy and characteristics of oil-fueled vehicle fires,this paper compared and analyzed the characteristics and risk points of oil-fueled vehicle fires and hybrid electric vehicle fires,put forward the investigation process and technical route of oil-electricity integration of automobile fires,and finally made an empirical analysis according to the actual cases.
