公路沥青阻燃剂的研究进展

Review of Research on Road Asphalt Flame Retardants

随着公路隧道在全国范围内的大规模建设和人们环保、安全意识的日渐提高,阻燃剂的发展已经成为研究热点。综述了近年来国内外关于各类阻燃剂的发展现状,重点介绍了磷系阻燃剂、金属氢氧化物阻燃剂、纳米阻燃剂及膨胀型阻燃剂4种无卤阻燃剂的分类、作用机理和发展现状及其应用。沥青路面阻燃剂未来的发展趋势是在保证沥青路面性能的基础上,通过阻燃剂的改性或者几种阻燃剂复配来提高路面的阻燃性。

With the nationwide large-scale construction of highway tunnels and the increasing awareness of environmental protection and safety,the development of flame retardants has become a research hot-spot.In this paper,the current research on various kinds of flame retardants at home and abroad in is reviewed,with emphasis on the classification,action mechanism,latest development status and applications of four halogen-free flame retardants,namely phosphorous flame retardants,metal hydroxide flame retardants,nano flame retardants and expansive flame retardants.The future development trend of flame retardant for asphalt pavement is to improve the flame retardancy of the pavement by modifying flame retardant or compounding several flame retardants on the basis of ensuring the performance of asphalt pavement.
