摘要
针对发展高端电液伺服阀技术已成为航空航天及舰船领域的研究热点的现状,本文以直接驱动式电液伺服阀为对象,介绍了直接驱动式电液伺服阀的历史概况。从阀的结构原理出发,着重论述了阀的结构改进、电-机械转换装置变换等的研究进展。对应用于直驱阀上的不同新型材料,从功能原理到基本特性进行了系统分析。其中,PZT材料的响应速度较快,可达10μs;GMM材料的能量转换效率较高,可达80%;MSMA材料宏观应变较高,可达10%。直驱阀在极端温度环境下的性能改善、冲蚀磨损特性分析及其数字化、智能化设计将成为未来的重点发展方向。
In view of the current situation that the development of high-end electric-hydraulic servo valve technology has become a research hotspot in the fields of aerospace and ships,the historical overview of direct drive electric-hydraulic servo valve was introduced by taking it as the research object.Starting from the structural principle of the valve,the research progress of the valve structural improvement and transformation of electric-mechanical conversion device was mainly discussed.The different new materials used for the direct drive valve were systematically analyzed from the functional principle to the basic characteristics.Among them,the PZT material has faster response speed,reaching 10μs,and GMM material has higher energy conversion efficiency,reaching 80%,and MSMA material has higher macroscopic strain,reaching 10%.The performance improvement of the direct drive valve,erosion and wear characteristic analysis and its digital and intelligent design in the extreme temperature environment will become the key development direction.
