Research on the Empowerment of“New Liberal Arts”Construction in the School Running of Chinese-Foreign Cooperation in Guangxi

新文科是伴随社会经济发展和高等教育改革而出现的新型学科概念,着重于学科重组、文理交叉,提供综合型跨学科学习。广西壮族自治区处在“一带一路”建设的衔接位置,需要大量高素质综合型国际专业人才。从新文科建设的内涵与实质、中外合作办学的办学理念上看,新文科建设一定程度上能够弥补国际化人才培养的不足。在“一带一路”倡议背景下,探讨了新文科建设与中外合作办学人才培养模式研究,阐述了新文科建设内涵及对“一带一路”建设的重要性。结合广西中外合作办学文科专业的发展现状及存在问题,进一步说明了新文科建设和中外合作办学相辅相成、优势互补,对广西中外合作办学文科专业人才培养和专业发展方向提出建设性意见,以实现高等教育改革下人才培养路径的创新发展。

The“new liberal arts”is a new discipline concept that appears along with the social and economic development and the reform of higher education.It focuses on the discipline reorganization and the intersection of arts and sciences,and provides a new way of comprehensive interdisciplinary learning.Guangxi is in the connecting position of the construction of The Belt and Road Initiative,which needs a large number of highquality comprehensive international professionals.From the connotation and the essence of the“new liberal arts”construction and the concept of school running of Chinese-foreign cooperation,we can see that the construction of“new liberal arts”can make up for the shortage of international talent training to a certain extent.This paper discusses the“new liberal arts”construction and the talent training mode of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools under the background of The Belt and Road Initiative,expounds the connotation of the“new liberal arts”construction and the importance to The Belt and Road Initiative.Combined with the development status and the problems of the liberal arts specialties in the school running of Chinese-foreign cooperation in Guangxi,this paper points out that the construction of“new liberal arts”and the school running of Chinese-foreign cooperation can complement each other.This paper puts forward constructive suggestions on the future talent training and the development direction of liberal arts majors in the school running of Chinese-Foreign cooperation in Guangxi,in order to promote the innovative development of talent training under the reform of higher education.
