新师范教育“UTS-S”共同体教学模式的建构与实践--以化学专业为例

摘要 新师范教育具有很强的实践性与反思性,校行协同是卓越教师培养的重要途径。“UTS-S”是由高校教师、教研员、中小学教师、师范生组成的教学共同体,从教师聘请、课程实践、实验融合等方面探究共同体教学模式对地方师范生人才培养的重要作用。该模式对地方高等师范院校的教育师资充实、教学方式转变、教学研究深入、学生能力培养等方面具有较好的促进作用。 The new normal education is very practical and reflective.School-industry collaboration is an important way to cultivate excellent teachers.The“UTS-S”is a teaching community composed of university teachers,teaching and research staff,primary and secondary school teachers,and normal university students.The paper explores the important role of this community teaching model in the talent training of local normal university students from the aspects of the teacher recruitment,the curriculum practice and the experimental integration.This teaching model has played a good role in promoting the talent training of local normal universities,the transformation of teaching methods,the in-depth teaching research,and the cultivation of students’ability in local normal universities.
