医学本科生基层就业意愿的调查研究

Investigation and Research on Medical Undergraduates’Employment Desire of Working at Grass-roots Level

调查医学本科生基层就业意愿及其影响因素,为今后合理开展毕业生就业指导,鼓励和引导医学本科生面向基层就业提供科学依据。采取整群随机抽样的方法,以昆明医科大学分别于2020、2021、2022、2023年毕业的1403名医学本科生为研究对象进行网络问卷调查。调查结果说明,医学本科生到基层医疗卫生机构工作的意愿不强,基层医疗卫生机构对医学本科生的吸引力不足,医学本科生基层就业期望值较高。提出加强医学本科生基层就业政策激励和条件保障,充分发挥高校思想政治教育工作的引导作用,提高医学本科生面向基层就业的思想认识等对策,从而促进基层医疗卫生事业的健康发展和医学本科生的自我发展、成才。

This study investigates the medical undergraduates’employment desire of working at the grassroots level and its influencing factors,so as to provide a scientific basis for the reasonable employment guidance of graduates and encourage and guide the medical undergraduates to accept grass-roots employment in the future.1403 medical undergraduates who graduated from Kunming Medical University from 2020 to 2023 were selected as the research subjects by cluster random sampling.The survey results show that the medical undergraduates’willingness to work in grassroots medical and health institutions is not strong,the grass-roots medical and health institutions are not attractive to the medical undergraduates,and the medical undergraduates’expectation of grassroots employment is high.We should strengthen the policy incentives and the condition guarantee of the grass-roots employment for medical undergraduates,give full play to the guiding role of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,improve the ideological understanding of medical undergraduates for grass-roots employment,so as to promote the healthy development of grass-roots medical and health undertakings and the development and success of medical undergraduates.
