钢板受控射流超声检测中表面污染物的影响和消除

摘要 研究了钢板表面常残留的污染物如油漆、油、铁屑、浮锈、气泡等对受控射流超声检测灵敏度的影响。结果表明,铁屑和气泡会大大降低检测灵敏度,甚至会导致回波消失。为受控射流超声检测系统设计了辅助装置,该装置可以清除污染物,同时避免钢板表面在检测前产生气泡,实现对钢板的有效在线自动检测。 The effects of residual pollutants such as paint, oil, iron chips, floating rust and bubbles on the sensitivity of guided jet ultrasonic testing were studied. The results show that iron chips and bubbles will greatly reduce the detection sensitivity and even cause the echo to disappear. An auxiliary device is designed for the guided jet ultrasonic testing system, which can remove pollutants, avoid bubbles on the surface of the steel plate before testing, and realize the effective on-line automatic testing of the steel plate.
