摘要
为研究宁德地区水库的藻类群落结构和季节动态,于2021年6月到10月对宁德地区的10座饮用水水库进行逐月采样,分析藻类群落种类、数量及动态变化.结果表明,藻细胞密度数量级在105~107个·L^(-1)之间;优势菌有一定的变化,大部分以角甲藻、隐藻为主,个别优势菌是隐藻;降雨量、水力停留时间对藻类数量影响较大,水温影响较小.9月份,气温下降,藻类数量理论上应该增加,由于降雨减少,水力停留时间增加,实际藻类数量增加.
To understand the seasonal dynamics of algae assemblages and the driving factors in reservoirs in Ningde City,the research group take samples in ten drinking water reservoirs in Ningde City once a month,from June to October in 2021.The species,quantity and dynamic changes of algae community were analyzed.The results showed that the order of magnitude of algal cell density ranged from 105(cells/L)to 107(cells/L).The dominant bacteria changed to some extent,most of them were dinoflagellates and cryptoalgae,and some of them were cryptoalgae.The amount of algae is evidently affected by the rainfall and hydraulic retention time,and little by water temperature.In September,the amount of algae increases with temperature dropping,while decreases with the rainfall declining and the hydraulic retention time increasing.
