论文在分析目前食品检疫类应用型人才培养现状的基础上,论述了开展“食品检疫学”双语教学的重要性与必要性.针对宁德师范学院开展“食品检疫学”双语教学过程中面临的一些主要问题进行深入探讨,并提出摆脱困境的建议,对预期成效进行评估,以期为食品检疫类应用型人才培养提供参考.

The importance and necessity is illustrated base on the analysis of its current status.The main prob⁃lems existing in the process of teaching have been pointed out,suggestions have been given to get rid of the pre⁃dicament,and the expected effectiveness has been evaluated,providing reference for the training of applied tal⁃ents.
