全球经济治理研究的演变与新兴趋势——基于CNKI与Web of Science的CiteSpace文献计量分析

Historical Changes,Trends,and Hotspots in Global Economic Governance:A Literature Review Based on the CNKI and Web of Science by CiteSpace Bibliometric Research Tools

随着世界多极化、经济全球化的快速推进和国际格局的深刻演变,全球经济治理体系和规则变革加速。本文借助CiteSpace文献计量工具,对2021年以前(含2021年)有关全球经济治理的1738篇文献进行共现分析,综合运用定量及定性研究方法探究全球经济治理领域的研究脉络,深入分析全球经济治理的研究热点和前沿领域。本文研究发现:(1)全球经济治理中文研究主题由宏观叙事转向探索“中国方案”,外文研究框架成型较早且持续关注可持续发展等细分议题,中外文研究对话存在语境和构念转换的困难,具备“中国特色”的全球经济治理价值观念、精神内涵、战略思想以及建设方略输出受阻;(2)全球经济治理的4个热点领域为全球经济治理机制建设、全球贸易治理、全球金融治理和全球发展治理,其中全球经济治理机制建设是主导的核心领域;(3)全球人工智能治理、全球税收治理和全球发展治理是具有较大潜力的研究“蓝海”。本文为后续全球经济治理理论研究和政策实践提供导向性指引。

With the rapid advancement of world multipolarization,economic globalization and the profound evolution of the international pattern,global economic governance system and rules rapidly change.This article takes 1738 Chinese and foreign literatures about global economic governance before 2021.With the help of Cite Space bibliometric research tools,both quantitative and qualitative research methods are used to explore the research context of chronological changes,research hotspots and frontiers of global economic governance.This paper find that:(1)To compare,the theme of Chinese literature on global economic governance has shifted from macro narration to"China strategy".The foreign research framework has been formed earlier and continues to pay attention to sustainable development.There are difficulties in the transformation of context and structure between Chinese and foreign research dialogue,the export of global economic governance values,spiritual connotation,strategic thoughts and construction strategies with"Chinese characteristics"is blocked.(2)There are four basic areas in global economic governance,which are institutions of global economic governance,global trade governance,global financial governance,and global development governance.Institutions of global economic governance is the core topic.(3)Global artificial intelligence governance,global tax governance are areas with great potential for further global economic governance research.This study provides a clear vision for the previous literature global economic governance and lay a solid foundation for future research in this area.
