摘要
十年来,金正恩领导下的朝鲜在国际上展现出了相较于以往更为现代、温和、开放的形象,这与其大力开展对外宣传工作密不可分。在国际制裁、思想文化入侵、国际形象破坏愈演愈烈的背景下,金正恩提出了要实现对外宣传手段现代化、信息化的要求。在此之后,朝鲜开始把展现特色化、现代化、正常化的朝鲜作为对外宣传的主要内容,并尝试采取搭建网络宣传平台和借助发展“社会主义旅游”、学术交流等新的举措来进行对外宣传工作,试图改变长期以来朝鲜在国际社会上形成的封闭、落后、脆弱的形象,助力实现建设社会主义强盛国家的目标。
North Korea under Kim Jong-un’s administration in the last decade has presented itself as a more modern,moderate and open country than before,which connects closely with its vigorous propaganda to the global society.Under the background of international sanctions,ideological and cultural invasion and international image destruction,Kim Jong-un puts forward the requirement of realizing modernization and informationization of propaganda means.After that,North Korea begins to show its features,modernization and normalization as the main contents of propaganda,and makes efforts to set up the publicity platform on the Internet,takes measures such as“socialist tourism”,academic exchanges to strengthen the propaganda to modify the stereotype of an enclosed,backward and weak country in the international community for a long time so as to realize the goal of building a prosperous socialist country.
