POE/SBS复合改性沥青高低温流变及疲劳性能研究 被引量:11

Study on Rheological and Fatigue Properties of POE/SBS Composite Modified Bitumen at High and Low Temperature

摘要 为解决苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)改性沥青热氧和光氧老化的问题,本研究以聚烯烃弹性体(Polyolefin elastomer,POE)为改性剂,分别加入2%、3%、4%和5%的掺量对SBS改性沥青进行复合改性,以研发一种新型高性能POE/SBS沥青。通过采用布氏黏度试验(Rotation Viscosity,RV)、频率扫描(Frequency sweep,FS)和温度扫描(Temperature sweep,TeS)、多应力蠕变恢复试验(Multiple Stress Creep Recovery test,MSCR)、线性振幅扫描试验(Linear Amplitude Sweep,LAS)和低温弯曲梁流变试验(Bending Beam Rheological test,BBR),对POE/SBS复合改性沥青老化前后流变性能进行对比分析。研究结果表明,POE的掺入可显著提升SBS沥青高温抗变形能力、弹性恢复性能,但却对低温和疲劳性能有轻微不利作用。综合沥青胶结料各性能要求,POE/SBS复合改性沥青的最佳配比为4%SBS+3%POE+0.1%硫磺。 In order to solve the problem of thermal oxidation and photooxidative aging of styrene-butadiene-styrene triblock copolymer(SBS)modified bitumen,polyolefin elastomer(POE)was used as modifiers in this study,and 2%,3%,4%and 5%of SBS modified bitumen were compound modified to develop a new type of high-performance POE/SBS bitumen.Through Brookfield viscosity test(RV),frequency sweep(FS)and temperature sweep(TeS),multiple stress creep recovery test(MSCR),linear amplitude sweep test(LAS)and bending beam rheological test(BBR),the rheological properties of POE/SBS composite modified bitumen before and after aging were studied and evaluated.The results showed that the addition of POE significantly improved the high-temperature deformation resistance and elastic recoverability,while had a negative effect on the low temperature and fatigue performance of SBS modified bitumen.This study indicated that considering all the performance requirements of modified bitumen,the optimum mix proportion of POE/SBS modified bitumen was as follows:4%SBS+3%POE+0.1%Sulphur.
