摘要
系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是一种复杂的以自身抗体大量产生为特点的慢性系统性自身免疫性疾病,发病机制尚未明确。近年来研究发现miRNA可通过多种方式参与SLE发病机制。本文重点阐述SLE患者miRNA异常对TLR7/9-IFN通路的影响,以利于进一步探讨SLE发病机制,为寻找新型靶向治疗药物提供思路。
Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)is a complex chronic systemic autoimmune disease characterized by production of a large number of autoantibodies,but exact pathogenesis is not clear.In recent years,it has been found that microRNA(miRNA)can participate in pathogenesis of SLE in many ways.This paper focuses on influence of miRNA dysregulation on TLR7/9-IFN signaling pathway in patients with SLE,in order to further explore pathogenesis of SLE and provide a theoretical basis for finding new targeted therapeutic drugs.
