负性生活事件对胃癌患者躯体化症状的影响:应对方式的调节效应

Effect of negative life events on somatization symptoms of gastric cancer patients:The moderating effect of coping style

目的:探讨生活事件与胃癌患者的躯体化症状及应对方式间的关系,并分析应对方式的调节效应。方法:采用随机方便抽样方法,抽取某院收治的胃癌患者167例作为研究组,同时抽取166例健康人群作为对照组,采用生活事件量表、躯体化症状自评量表、简易应对方式问卷进行调查。结果:研究组的负性生活事件刺激量显著大于对照组(t=7.278,P<0.01);研究组在躯体化症状的躯体化障碍、抑郁症状、焦虑症状以及焦虑抑郁症状4个因子上均显著大于对照组(P<0.01);此外,研究组在积极应对得分上显著小于对照组(t=-13.212,P<0.01),在消极应对得分上则显著大于对照组(t=16.458,P<0.01)。积极应对以及消极应对在负性生活事件影响胃癌患者躯体化症状中具有调节的效应。结论:胃癌患者与健康人群相比躯体化症状明显,经历更多的负性生活事件且采用更消极的应对方式,应对方式在生活事件对胃癌患者躯体化症状的影响中扮演着调节的角色。

Objective:To explore the relationship between life events and somatization symptoms and coping styles of patients with gastric cancer, and analyze the regulatory effect of coping styles.Methods:A total of 167 cases of gastric cancer patients in our hospital were selected as the study group and 166 cases of healthy people were selected as the control group.The Life Event Scale, Somatic Self-rating Scale and Simple Coping Style Questionnaire were used for investigation.Results:The stimulation amount of negative life events in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(t=7.278,P<0.01);The study group was significantly higher than that in the control group in somatization disorder,depression,anxiety and anxiety depression(all P<0.01);In addition,the score of positive coping in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(t=-13.212,P<0.01),The score of negative coping in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(t=16.458,P<0.01).Positive coping and negative coping had moderating effects on somatization symptoms of gastric cancer patients affected by negative life events.Conclusion:Compared with healthy people,the somatization symptoms of gastric cancer patients are obvious.They experience more negative life events and adopt more negative coping styles;coping styles play a moderating role in the influence of life events on somatization symptoms of gastric cancer patients.
