心理支持疗法对慢性前列腺炎负性情绪和生活质量的影响

Effect of psychological support therapy on negative emotion and quality of life of chronic prostatitis

目的:探讨心理支持疗法对慢性前列腺炎负性情绪和生活质量的影响。方法:选取2018年8月-2020年8月某院收治的90例慢性前列腺炎患者,通过随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各45例。对照组予以常规干预,观察组在对照组的基础上予以心理支持疗法,两组干预周期均为3周,每周1次。比较干预前后两组患者慢性前列腺炎症状指数评分、负性情绪、最大尿流率及最大尿道压、生活质量。结果:观察组患者生活质量影响、排尿障碍、疼痛或不适症状评分与对照组比较有显著差异,并且观察组得分明显低于对照组(t=-5.917,-10.189,-9.790;P<0.05);观察组患者焦虑(SAS)、抑郁(SDS)评分与对照组比较有显著对照组差异,且观察组得分明显低于对照组(t=-5.321,-11.546;P<0.05);观察组患者最大尿流率与对照组比较有显著差异,且观察组组发生率明显高于对照组(t=2.599,P<0.05),最大尿道压明显低于对照组(t=-4.044,P<0.05);观察组患者社会功能、心理功能、躯体功能、物质生活评分与对照组比较有显著差异,且观察组得分明显高于对照组(t=8.437,6.004,7.146,7.431;P<0.05)。结论:心理支持疗法有利于改善慢性前列腺患者临床症状和负性情绪,缓解最大尿流率和最大尿道压,提高生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the effect of psychological support therapy on negative emotion and quality of life of chronic prostatitis.Methods:A total of 90 patients with chronic prostatitis admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to August 2020 were selected, according to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group and the observation group with 45 cases each..The scores of chronic prostatitis symptom index, negative emotion, maximum urinary flow rate, maximum urethral pressure and quality of life were compared between two groups before and after intervention.Results:The scores of quality of life, dysuria, pain or discomfort in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=-5.917,-10.189,-9.790;P<0.05).The scores of anxiety(SAS)and depression(SDS)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=-5.321,-11.546;P<0.05).The maximum urinary flow rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(t=2.599,P<0.05),and the maximum urethral pressure was significantly lower than that in the control group(t=-4.044,P<0.05).The scores of social function, psychological function, physical function and material life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(t=8.437,6.004,7.146,7.431;P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological support therapy can improve the clinical symptoms and negative emotions of patients with chronic prostate, relieve the maximum urinary flow rate and urethral pressure, and improve the quality of life.
