摘要
目的:探讨角色压力对校长职业倦怠水平的影响,以及正念的中介作用。方法:采用正念量表(MAAS)、李超平和张翼所编制的角色压力问卷和职业倦怠量表对393名中小学校长进行问卷调查。结果:正念与角色压力存在负相关(r=-0.457,P<0.01);正念与职业倦怠存在正相关(r=-0.355,P<0.01);角色压力与职业倦怠存在正相关(r=0.410,P<0.01)。正念在中小学校长的角色压力和职业倦怠之间起部分中介作用,中介效应比例为37%,Bootstrap输出的95%的置信区间为(0.15,0.24)。结论:角色压力不仅能直接影响校长的职业倦怠水平,还能通过中介变量正念影响校长的职业倦怠。
Objective:To explore the effect of role stress on school principals’ job burnout and the mediating role of mindfulness.Methods:A total of 393 primary and secondary school principals were surveyed by using the Role Stress Questionnaire(MAAS),Li Chaoping and Zhang Yi(2009)and the Job Burnout Questionnaire(Maslach 1986).Results:There was a negative correlation between mindfulness and role stress(r=-0.457,P<0.01).There was a positive correlation between mindfulness and burnout(r=-0.355,P<0.01).Role stress was positively correlated with job burnout(r=0.410,P<0.01).Mindfulness played a partial mediating role between role stress and job burnout of primary and secondary school principals, and the mediating effect proportion was 37%.The 95% confidence interval of Bootstrap output was(0.15,0.24).Conclusion:Role stress can not only directly affect the level of principals’ job burnout, but also influence principals’ job burnout through mindfulness.
