行为抑制/激活系统、人格特征对警校生心理弹性的影响

Influence of behavior inhibition/activation system and personality characteristics on psychological resilience of police school students

目的:探讨警校生心理弹性特征、人格特征与行为抑制/激活系统的关系,了解警校生心理弹性水平及影响因素,为其提高心理弹性提供方法。方法:采取方便抽样,选取辽宁省某部属公安院校124人和某高等院校190人,采用大五人格量表(NEO-FFI)、行为抑制/激活系统量表(BIS/BAS Scale)、中国版心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)进行调查,采用层次回归分析心理弹性特征、人格特征与行为抑制/激活系统的关系。结果:(1)警校生心理弹性及其各个维度得分高于普校生(t=3.775,3.851,3.501,2.620;P<0.05);神经质、宜人性、奖赏反应性、行为抑制系统得分低于普校生(t=-2.198,-5.220,-3.450,-4.338;P<0.05);(2)警校生的心理弹性与神经质呈显著负相关(r=-0.466,P<0.05),与外倾性、开放性、宜人性、尽责性呈显著正相关(r=0.587,0.441,0.264,0.728;P<0.05),与BAS各维度呈显著正相关(r=0.440,0.487,0.333;P<0.05),与BIS呈负相关(r=-0.075,P>0.05);(3)分层回归分析显示,外倾性、开放性与心理弹性正向关联(β=0.298,0.186;P<0.05),神经质与心理弹性负向关联(β=-0.238,P<0.05)。结论:警校生的心理弹性高于普校生;警校生人格特质和行为抑制/激活系统与其心理弹性水平紧密相关。

Objective:To explore the relationship between the psychological resilience characteristics, personality characteristics and behavioral inhibition/activation system of police school students, to understand the psychological resilience level and influencing factors of police school students, and provide methods for improving the psychological resilience of police school students.Methods:A stratified random cluster sampling was adopted to select 124 people from a police school and 190 people from a higher education institution in Liaoning Province The Big Five Personality Scale(NEO-FFI),Behavior Inhibition/Activation System Scale(BIS/BAS Scale),the Chinese version of the Psychological Resilience Scale(CD-RISC) were used to conduct a survey, and hierarchical regression was used to analyze the relationship between psychological resilience characteristics, personality characteristics and behavior inhibition/activation systems.Results:(1)The scores of psychological resilience and various dimensions of police school students were higher than those of general school students(t=3.775,3.851,3.501,2.620;P<0.05);The scores of neuroticism, pleasantness, reward responsiveness, and behavioral inhibition system of the police school students were lower than that of the general school students(t=-2.198,-5.220,-3.450,-4.338;P<0.05);(2)The psychological resilience of police school students was significantly negatively correlated with neuroticism(r=-0.466,P<0.05),were significantly positively correlated to extraversion, openness, pleasantness, and conscientiousness(r=0.587,0.441,0.264,0.728;P<0.05),were significantly positively correlated with BAS dimensions(r=0.440,0.487,0.333;P<0.05),and was negatively correlated with BIS(r=-0.075,P>0.05);(3)Hierarchical regression analysis showed that extraversion and openness positively predicted psychological resilience(β=0.298,0.186;P<0.05),and neuroticism negatively predicted it(β=-0.238,P<0.05).Conclusion:The psychological resilience of police school students is higher than that of general school students;The personality traits and behavioral inhibition/activation system of police school students are closely related to their psychological resilience level.
