摘要
目的:探讨绝经后骨质疏松患者骨组织中miR-124-3p、miR-328-3p、miR-338-3p表达。方法:选取30例绝经后骨质疏松妇女(PMOP组)和30例非骨质疏松的绝经后妇女(对照组),髂前上棘穿刺取骨组织300mg,研磨、匀浆,通过RT-qPCR方法分析检测两组miR-124-3p、miR-328-3p、miR-338-3p的表达水平。结果:miR-338-3p在PMOP组骨组织中的表达水平升高;miR-124-3p、miR-328-3p在PMOP组骨组织中的表达水平降低。结论:miR-124-3p、miR-328-3p、miR-338-3p可调节成骨、破骨引起PMOP,可通过调控其表达干预PMOP的发生和治疗。
Objective To investigate the expression of miR-124-3p,miR-328-3p and miR-338-3p in bone tissue of postmenopausal osteoporosis patients.Method A total of 30 postmenopausal osteoporosis women(PMOP group)and 30 non-osteoporosis postmenopausal women(control group)were selected.At the same time,300 mg of bone tissue was extracted from anterior superior iliac spine puncture.Grinded and homogenated.The expression levels ofmiR-124-3p,miR-328-3p and miR-338-3p were detected by RT-qPCR analysis in two groups.Results The expression level of miR-338-3p in bone tissue of PMOP group was increased,and the expression level of miR-124-3p and miR-328-3p in bone tissue of PMOP group was decreased.Conclusion MiR-124-3p,miR-328-3p and miR-338-3p can regulate osteogenesis and osteoclastogenesis to cause PMOP,and can intervene the occurrence and treatment of PMOP by regulating its expression.
